Includes Insertion Tube w/Prox Ftg., Bending Section and Distal Tip w/Objective Lens attached. Image bundle w/Field Lens. Light Bundle, Biopsy Channel, Cable Guides, Angulation Cable, Bending Rubber.   

The 387412 (“NEW STYLE” P6 Sub-Assembly) should only be used on URF-P6/P6R fiberscopes that have been purchased new or been replaced by Olympus since their January 17, 2018 recall letter for Urgent Medical Device Removal Action.  URF-P6/P6R fiberscopes that have been purchased new or were replaced under Olympus’ recall will contain a “3” or greater as the 3rd digit of the serial number.  Only those fiberscopes with a serial number where the 3rd digit is equal to or greater than a “3” should use this Sub-Assembly.
