Larry Hicks brings over 25 years of healthcare product and business leadership to HCG. His expertise in streamlining business operations and elevating workflow while transitioning companies serves to benefit the evolution of HCG. With this proven track record for success, Larry previously worked as President and CEO of medical device companies Neurotherm, ACMI, and KSEA.

In 2016, American Optics, already world-renowned for its design process and manufacturing quality, hired Larry Hicks as CEO. He has successfully led the formation of Healthcare Components Group from American Optics/Endoscope Replacement Parts, MicroOptics Europe, and Endoscopy Development Company. Through Hicks' leadership, the company is growing into a market-leading player in the niche replacement and repair parts space.
